In my first semester at Illinois Tech, one of my favorite projects to work on was this Start Up Project for my Innovative and Sustainable Business Course. I worked on this alone and it contributed to the majority of my grade for the semester. We had to pitch our start-up ideas in all its completeness at the end of the semester after going through the various steps as provided by the course outline.
